The Suite we had was tastefully decorated, spacious, and the bath tub was relaxing. the staff, especially Alexander from Esteban, provided exceptional service, adding to our overall enjoyment. the location was central, making it easy to explore the best of Monterey, including the Sardine Factory on Cannery Row for fresh seafood and wine with a view. the facilities at the hotel were lovely, with a beautiful lobby and well-maintained amenities. Though our room was a bit musty initially, the staff promptly addressed it, showing great attention to guest comfort. the quiet and charming ambiance, coupled with the old-world Spanish charm, made our stay memorable. Despite a slightly firm mattress, the overall experience was wonderful, and we look forward to returning. the quirky and comfortable rooms added a unique touch to our trip. the accessibility features in the rooms were thoughtful and practical, catering to different needs seamlessly. the convenient location allowed us to explore the best of Monterey, from golf courses to dog-friendly parks and beaches. We even enjoyed a delicious meal at Estéban Restaurant and Lounge, indulging in Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired cuisine. the warm pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities.
